We are so excited to have launched our famous Designer pop-up sale online for you for the first time ever.

As we figure out our new normal, we just wanted to thank you all for your kindness, loyalty and support during the past weeks. Thank you for those who have shopped with us and for you who is now enjoying our designer pop-up sale.

SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUNDS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

How much does it cost to ship my pop-up sale order?

Nothing! Within New Zealand the standard shipping is FREE - just for you.

 

Has my order been shipped yet?

All orders will be shipped from Tuesday, 28th April, once we move to level 3. Your order should be processed within 2 days, allowing us time to undertake this process safely, as per our government’s guidelines.

All online orders will be processed within standard business hours (Mon-Fri from 9am – 5:30pm), making sure your order is normally dispatched with 1-2 days. Please note, any orders received outside of these hours or during weekends and public holidays, will be processed the next working day, as no pickups or deliveries will be made by our courier services.

 

How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your order details and tracking number, as soon as your order is fulfilled by our team. This email will contain a link for you to access the courier company’s tracking website.

 

 

Can I cancel or amend my order?

Once your order has been processed, we will not be able to amend it unfortunately. If you notice a mistake or change your mind about any aspect of your order before it’s processed, please email us at admin@stitchministry.co.nz as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you.

 

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

During level 3 and as for how long as stated by our government, the collections/deliveries will remain contactless, and our courier provider (Apparel Line) will be operating within the recommended guidelines.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We do currently ship internationally. Unfortunately, our Designer pop-up sale is available for NZ deliveries only.

 

What is your returns policy for the online pop-up sale? 

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase and enjoy wearing your new Stitch Ministry looks.

All of our Designer pop-up sale items are not eligible for refunds nor store credit. However, we are happy to help you exchange your garment for a different size or colour (same style), upon stock availability.

Please note that requests to exchange your Designer pop-up sale items must be firstly submitted to us by email to admin@stitchministry.co.nz, within 7 days from the date your item was delivered to you.
