Hello to our Stitch tribe,

Our team have been enjoying being in store for Click & Collects and packing all your online orders. We thank you all for your support during this time - you're truly awesome.  

We would like to send you a quick note to say that all Couriers have been extremely overloaded with deliveries at the moment, meaning things are taking a little longer than usual and delays have been experienced in and outside of Auckland.

Please, be patient whilst waiting for your delivery - all drivers are continuing to do their best to get your parcels to you as quickly as possible.

Remember that we offer a free and contactless "Click & Collect" service to our local customers from our Milford Centre store - just choose "pick-up" at checkout. We are offering our Click & Collect service on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10am to 2pm, until we are able to reopen our Milford store and operate during normal hours. You will receive an email confirming your package is ready to be collected.

Our team will be following the government's Level 3 guidelines - we will safely pack and ship your online orders and safely handle your Click & Collect from our store.
