PROCESSING YOUR ORDER:
Our amazing team will always ensure that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you.
All online orders will be processed within standard business hours (MON-FRI 9am – 5:30pm), making sure your order is dispatched within 1-2 days.
Please note, any orders received outside of these hours or during weekends and public holidays, will be processed the next working day.
 
SHIPPING COSTS:
Within New Zealand the standard shipping is FREE - just for you!
For Australia, our shipping cost is NZD $10.
For the rest of world, our shipping cost is NZD $30.
 
DELIVERY TIMES:
We aim to deliver your Stitch Ministry to you in 2- 5 working days in New Zealand, following order processing.
Please note if you are located in a rural area, delivery times will vary, depending on the courier service allocated to your rural area.
We are unable to make deliveries to a PO BOX.
 Please provide us with your mobile number when placing your order, as our couriers are happy to give you a quick call if you are not home to receive your package.
During peak seasons, like Christmas, delivery times may vary with high demand.
For international deliveries, the shipping time will be dependent on the destination, this will be communicated to you through email.
 
TRACK YOUR PARCEL:
As soon as your order is fulfilled by our team, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your order details and tracking number. This email will contain a link for you to access the courier company’s tracking website.
With the use of their Track and Trace system, you are assured transparency and clarity, from collection right through to delivery. If you still need any help tracking your parcel, please just send us a quick email to admin@stitchministry.co.nz and we will be able to contact the courier company to assist you. 
 
STOCK AVAILABILITY:
Our team works hard to make sure our website is always updated and looking beautiful for you.
However, if on the very rare occasion there is any stock discrepancy, we ensure you will be fully assisted by us, whether you would like to choose another of your Stitch faves or we will fully refund you. After all, we aim to provide you quality with personal service and we want you to have a great shopping experience with us online, just like if you popped into our store.
 

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:

  • All parcels delivered to NZ require a signature upon delivery, except to rural deliveries or if you have given authority to leave – please in this case, we ask you to write a note when placing your order so we can advise the drivers upon pick up. This will then become your responsibility and we cannot be held responsible for lost or missing packages.

 

  • Please note that our couriers can only deliver to a physical address, they cannot deliver to a PO BOX.

 

  • For all international deliveries, please note that customs or import duties may be charged when the order reaches its destination country. These must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

 

  • Customs policies and charges will vary from country to country. We would recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.
