We aim to deliver your Stitch Ministry to you in 2- 5 working days in New Zealand

Within New Zealand the shipping is FREE - just for you.

For the rest of world our shipping cost is - NZD20.00 – the shipping time will be dependent on the destination.

Please note that our couriers can only deliver to a physical address, they can not deliver to a PO Box. Please also provide us with your cell phone number as our deliverers are happy to give you a quick call if you are not home to receive your package.

 

Refund Policy

Requests to return products must be submitted to us by email to admin@stitchministry.co.nz, within 7 days from the date your order was shipped.

Stitch Ministry must receive the product within 10 days from the date the item was shipped to you.

All items must be unused, unwashed and undamaged. Please return all products in their original packaging to help facilitate the refund process.

Please note all purchases made at SALE conditions are not eligible for refunds, however, we are happy to help you exchange your garment for another size if the size you choose is not right.  Please note this is only possible if we have the size available.
