We want you to be satisfied with every purchase and enjoy wearing your new Stitch Ministry looks.
However, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are here to help! Please see our returns, exchanges and refunds policies below in detail to find out more.
 
PURCHASED ITEM(S) ONLINE?
We understand that shopping online can sometimes be challenging, remember we are here to help.  If you still need help choosing your new Stitch faves online, email us at admin@stitchministry.co.nz .

Returning full priced items:
Please note, requests to return items purchased online must be firstly submitted to us by email to admin@stitchministry.co.nz, within 7 days from the date your item was delivered to you.

To be eligible for a return, the following requirements must be met:

  • Item (s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase;
  • Item(s) must be unused, unwashed and undamaged, with all tags attached;
  • Invoice should be provided;
  • For hygiene reasons, we are unable to refund or exchange earrings;

After hearing back from our team, please, send your garment to the following address:

We can easily exchange your item for a different size, colour or style (upon stock availability), otherwise, we are happy to either provide you a store credit or a refund on full priced items.

Once we have received the item returned and it meets the requirements above:

  • if you choose to exchange your item, we will organise and dispatch the new item to you as soon as possible (we will send you an email with a new tracking number); OR

  • if you choose a refund, we will process your refund within 1-2 working days and notify you via email;

  • if you choose a store credit, you'll receive a code to be used online only, valid for six months;

 

Returning sale items:

All items purchased on sale or at special offer conditions are not eligible for refunds. However, we are happy to help you exchange your garment for a different size/colour (upon stock availability) or provide you a store credit (valid for six months, to be used online only).
Please note, requests to exchange sale items must be firstly submitted to us by email to admin@stitchministry.co.nz, within 7 days from the date your item was delivered to you.

To be eligible for an exchange, the following requirements must be met:

Once we have received the item returned and it meets the requirements above, we will organise and dispatch the new item to you as soon as possible (we will send you an email with a new tracking number).
 
PURCHASED ITEM(S) IN OUR MILFORD CENTRE STORE?
Returning full priced items:
If you change your mind, we are happy to offer you either an exchange or a store credit (valid for six months, to be used in store only). We do not provide refunds for items purchased in store.

To be eligible for exchanges or a store credit, the following requirements must be met:

  • Item(s) must be returned in store within 7 days of purchase;
  • Proof of purchase must be provided;
  • Item(s) must be unused, unwashed and undamaged, with tags attached;
  • For hygiene reasons, we are unable to refund or exchange earrings;

If you decide to exchange your item on the same day and you choose:

  • an item that costs the same as your original purchase, then no payment or credit is required;
  • an item that costs more than your original purchase, then a payment will be required (you can pay the difference by card or cash);
  • an item that costs less than your original purchase, then you will receive a store credit for the difference (valid for six months, to be used in store only)

  • For hygiene reasons, we are unable to refund or exchange earrings;

        

      IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
      • By processing your payment and completing an order with us you are accepting these Terms and Conditions regarding our returns, exchange and refund policies.
       
      • If eligible for a refund on online orders, we will credit the credit card used in your online purchase. Card refunds may take up to 3-5 business days to be completed by your bank, depending on their processing time, but this can vary between each card provider.
       
      • If eligible for a refund on online orders using LayBuy, we will cancel the LayBuy and process a refund. Any payments already made will be refunded directly by LayBuy and all future instalments will be cancelled. Refunds can take 5-10 days to show on your statement.
